Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at HygeeTown. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with top-tier US-based suppliers to ensure the fastest delivery, our return policy is streamlined to provide you with the best service.

1. 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

3. CHANGE OF MIND / BUYER’S REMORSE

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered, no longer needed):

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. RETURN PROCESS

Do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the package. This is our fulfillment center, and they cannot process guest returns.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct US return warehouse address.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
