Thank you for shopping at HyggeTown. We are dedicated to delivering your favorite scale models safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during peak holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. To ensure the safety of fragile alloy and diecast models, we partner with reliable premium international couriers.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
  • You can track your collectible models directly through our website’s tracking page or via universal tracking services like 17track.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • HyggeTown is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • For our US customers, most orders fall below the tax threshold and will not incur additional customs duties.

5. Damages & Fragile Item Protection

We understand that scale models are delicate collectibles. Every model is secured with shockproof packaging (foam wrap/air cushions) before leaving the warehouse.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos or videos of both the outer box and the broken parts of the model (e.g., broken mirrors, detached spoilers).
  • Contact our support team immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
  • If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
